Lisa's background in development comes from working with the United Way, a therapeutic riding academy and the Chamber of Commerce. She is excited to be with CHAPS and sees firsthand the powerful impact they make in the community.
Dawn Robinson, RN, BSN
Psychiatric Nurse, Hope & Healing Day Treatment
Dawn started at CHAPS in January, 2017. She received her nursing degree from UW-Oshkosh in 1988. She worked the majority of her career at Winnebago Mental Health Institute. She worked with a variety of patients there, including, AODA teenagers and adults, elderly, autistic and developmentally delayed children and forensic behavioral health. Dawn especially likes working with the teenage girls in the day treatment program, using her experience to teach them about living with mental illness, making wise choices, managing medication and utilizing coping skills.
In her spare time, Dawn enjoys cooking, baking, animals and spending time with friends and family.
Kelsi received her BA degree in, Child Psychology, from the University of Minnesota and shortly after that, was certified level 1 with the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA). Kelsi has been involved with horses since she was young, participating in 4-h, Pony Club, and showing.
Before coming to CHAPS, Kelsi spent 5 years managing a youth program for individuals with various mental health needs. She started with CHAPS in July 2016, and is excited about the opportunity to share the power of equine therapy with others.
Receptionist & Intake Specialist
Sherri brings over 14 years of Front Desk Registration experience to CHAPS. Before working at CHAPS, Sherri worked mostly in medical clinics and also in a funeral home.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 children, 2 dogs and 1 cat. She loves going to WI Badgers & Milwaukee Bucks games, family vacations to the water parks, going to the movies and traveling!
Lori Pecore, RMC
Advanced Billing Administrator
Lori brings over 10 years of administrative healthcare experience to CHAPS; which includes credentialing, provider relations and claims processing. She is a registered medical coder with the Association of Registered Healthcare Professionals (ARHCP).
In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Front Office Manager
Laurie enjoys helping people and making life easier to deal with. Work smart, not hard, is her motto. She has always wanted to work for an ethical company that is family oriented, and wanted a job that doesn’t feel like you are going to work, but to visit family and that is what she has found here at CHAPS.
She is currently finishing an Associates Degree in Administrative Professional and will be graduating December 2017. She is married to a wonderful man, has 1 daughter, and 1 cat.
In her free time she loves to weave baskets and read.
